• CURED ITALIAN ACETATE – we cure our Italian acetate for an extended period of time in specially designed ovens, ensuring the acetate is in a more stable state when it’s used for production so it’s less likely to warp or twist. 

• JAPANESE TITANIUM – we use high grade Japanese Titanium because it has the highest strength-to-density ratio of any metallic element, making it very lightweight, strong and it’s also highly resistant to corrosion. 

• CUSTOM TITANIUM NOSE PADS WITH Ion PLATING – we have specially developed our nose pads using high-grade titanium that is treated with Ion plating. Unlike many others platings, Ion plating is hypoallergenic and this is vital because nose pads are in constant contact with the skin.

• EMBEDDED LOGOS – we secure our logos by first laser engraving a cavity, deep embedding them and then applying a layer of epoxy over the top. This leaves our logos smooth to the touch, with a luxurious gold appearance and ensures they do not come free.
